【摘要】:ThispartofISO294specifiesamethodofdeterminingthemouldingshrinkageandpost-mouldingshrinkageofinjection-mouldedtestspecimensofthermoplasticmaterialinthedirectionsparalleltoandnormaltothedirectionofmeltflow.ForthedeterminationofshrinkageofthermosetsseeISO2577[2].MouldingshrinkageasdefinedinthispartofISO294excludestheeffectsofhumidityuptake.Thisisincludedinpost-mouldingshrinkageandthusintotalshrinkage.Forcaseswhenpost-mouldingshrinkageiscausedbytheuptakeofhumidityonly,seeISO175^.MouldingshrinkageasdefinedinthispartofISO294representstheso-calledfreeshrinkagewithunrestricteddeformationofthecoolingplatesinthemouldduringtheholdperiod.Itmaybeconsideredthereforeasthemaximumvalueofanyrestrictedshrinkage.
