适用范围
JB/T 3770-2000 本标准是对JB/T 3770-84《落地砂轮机》的修订。修订时参考了JIS C 9621-76（85年确认）。与原标准的差异是：按相关标准进行了技术指标调整；增加了安全要求、试验方法、起动要求和电气间隙爬电距离要求。 本标准规定了落地砂轮机的分类，技术要求，试验方法，检验规则，标志、包装和储存要求。 本标准适用于最大砂轮直径200~600mm落地砂轮机和除尘砂轮机。 本标准于1984年9月首次发布。

【摘要】:Densityisweightperunitvolume.Itisakeypropertyintheidentification,characterization,andqualitycontrolofawiderangeofmaterials.Densitymeasurementsintermsofweightpergallonarecommonlyusedtocheckpaintquality.Ifthedensityisnotwithinspecification,thereisagoodchancethattherewasamischargeorotherseriousproblem.Thistestmethodissuitableforthedeterminationofdensityofpaintandrelatedproductsandcomponentswheninliquidform.Itisparticularlyapplicablewhenthefluidhastoohighaviscosityorwhenacomponentistoovolatileforadensitybalancedetermination.Thistestmethodprovidesforthemaximumaccuracyrequiredforhidingpowerdeterminations.Itisequallysuitableforworkinwhichlessaccuracyisrequired,byignoringthedirectionsforrecalibrationandconsiderationoftemperaturedifferentials,andusingasthecontainerax201C;weight-per-gallonx201D;cup.Automaticequipmentformeasuringdensityisavailable(seeTestMethodD4052)fromseveralmanufacturers.Suchapparatushasbeenusedforresinsandlaticesaswellasforoilsandsolvents.Beforesuchequipmentisusedforagivenproduct,resultsmustbecheckedverycarefully.Particularlywithpaints,inks,andresins,therearepossibilitiesofgumming,fouling,andotherinterferenceswithoperation.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofdensityofpaints,inks,varnishes,lacquers,andcomponentsthereof,otherthanpigments,wheninfluidform.1.2Forhigherprecisionwhenworkingwithnonpigmentedmaterials(dryingoils,varnishes,resinsandrelatedmaterials),TestMethodD1963canbeusedtodeterminespecificgravityand,thence,density.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly,1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Aspecificprecautionstatementisgivenin8.1.1.1.
