【摘要】:TheparticlesizedistributionofametalpowderaffectsitsbehaviorinP/Mprocessingandotherapplicationsofthesematerials.Thetestmethodmaybepartofthepurchaseagreementbetweenpowdersupplieranduser,oritmaybeaninternalqualitycontroltestforeither.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedrysieveanalysisofmetalpowdersormixedpowders,usingsieveswithopeningsrangingfrom45to1000micrometers.1.2Thistestmethodisbasedonaparticulartypeofmechanicalsieveshaker(see5.2).Othertypesofsieveshakersarealsoavailable,buttheirprecisionandreproducibilityhavenotbeendetermined.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
